The members of Boulder Loose Threads were drawn together by a mutual love of color, texture, pattern, and fibers. We all shared a desire to move beyond the traditional in quilting and needlework and were well on our way when we discovered one another. As a group, we share ideas, inspiration, critiques, techniques, motivation, and friendship. While our work reflects our individuality, our group reflects our beliefs that art is meant to be shared and discussed, that being challenged in your art makes you a better artist, and that art is an integral part of life.
